Swappin' a 4.2L V6 for a 5.4L V8

I have a 1997 4.2L V6 in my '97 150, what I am wantin' to do is put a 5.4L V8 in it, supercharge it, and fit some lightning exhaust on it. I know it's alot of work, but I believe I can do it. Any suggestions?

ebay.com. just check the feedback and make sure thats good. also look for a haynes manual. id go gibson for side swept exhaust. kenne bell makes a good supercharger.
