How difficult is it to do a tune up? I heard it is expensive to take it to a shop. Also do I need a special tool to replace the fuel filter?

 

the only diffucult part is the spark plugs, the ones in the back are hard to get at.fuel filter is easy. 10$ tool at autozone, oreillys etc...air filter, pcv is all right there easy to get to. depending on your abilty the only thing i might pay to have done is the plugs.
