nope, at the flywheel. Stock, my truck put down 170... well with exhaust only. And that run with 265hp was with the big wheels/tires, and it was high 90* temp...

Yeah, Ford uses the newer SAE standard which measures hp at the flywheel, but with accessories installed, as opposed to the older standard which had no accessories included. So the test includes all parasitic loss (water pump, alternator, etc.) except the drive-line. A 300hp rated motor will push 225-255 max at the wheels. My stock 4.6 dyno'd at 163 rwhp stock. My old 5.0 w/302 HO was a measly 180 rwhp when stock. Long tube headers, off-road H-pipe, and dumped flows was worth 42 rwhp on the dyno with that car. That's pretty impressive for just an exhaust!
