I have the 5.4 and I am a 210 lb construction worker. I learned new cuss words the day I took my new factory installed oil filter off. Oil change should take 20 min. I spent three hours wrestling with the oil filter. But on the up side, I now own every oil filter wrench known to man.

Yeah I didn't know that was an issue. Thank goodness I got oil changes for Life from my dealer. They use the Semi-Syn Oil.
