2000 F150 4X4 wont crank with key

I have a 2000 f150 xl r/cab 4x4 5spd. When I turn the key in the ignition it wont crank. I hear relays clicking in the engine compartment and the fuel pump priming but it wont crank. I jumped the ignition solenoid and the motor cranked over. I was told that its possibly the clutch pedal position switch. Does anyone know how to bypass this switch temporary until I get a switch for it?

My 02 soleniod went out or should I say shorted out and everytime I tried to start it, it blew a fuse. Replaced the soleniod and a new 15 amp fuse and life is good again.

See if there is power at the little red wire goin to the solenoid when the key is turned to start. If so, the key, cylinder, clutch interlock, and wiring is good.
