I had the dealership troubleshoot it. They said it was my #3 ignition coil or #3 spark plug. I ruled that out on my troubleshooting because.....they are brand new, and had worked fine for 3 days. So, I parked on the side of the dealership, removed the #3 granatelli coil, and pu the stock one in.....it worked. How *******ing odd is that? the second I put on under drive pulleys the #3 coil sh**s the bed. That is some odd s**t right there. although i knew that pulleys couldnt have affected my engine the way it did, I was stumped because what are the odds of a brand new coil breaking at the same time I put on pulleys? crazyness.

Quote: HI!... Well you can believe it or not, I don't care. That's what mine dynoed at, I also got 17RWH.P from electric fans and 9RWH.P from a electric water pump. Bolt ons DO work. I'm perfect proof of that, I have a built 5.4L that is N/A and only 8:0 compression and makes just shy of 360RWH.P and 400RWTQ. That is untuned and just found out recently might of been on 7 cylinders.
With the fans running or not? It strikes me odd to claim putting more load on one system of your truck while reducing its capacity is better for it. Your alternator is make to run at a certain RPM, as is your water pump. You may have gained a tad with the electric water pump powerwise, but probably not enough to justify the cost. If the acc ran more effeciant slower with underdrives the factory would have it set up that way. Then you put on a electric fans that run part time (giving the illusion of increased power when not engaged) and when fail don't turn at all, the stock clutch fans lock on and spin all the time when they go out. I will take better cooling and a more reliable system any day over electric fans and a $200 pulley set. Unless you drag race or do alot of water crossings where you can shut the fans off, I don't see the need, other than bragging rights that you got it.

HI!... Well I do drag race quite a bit. The electric water pump actually make my truck run cooler than the factory mechanical pump. As for the electric fans, I run two DERALE 16". They are 7 years old and work perfecly fine. They are hardly ever on and when I do need the fan on it only takes one to do the job. If one fails, there is a backup. I also have a custom built 200AMP racing alternator that starts charging at about 800RPM so no problems there either. As for the fans running we tried them on and off on the dyno, basically no change in RWH.P.

HI!... I ordered my ASP two piece under drive pullies from the F-150 ONLINE store when it was run by ROGER LEMERE years ago. I don't believe he is still in buisness anymore.
