What kind of 351 is in a '96 F-150?

Does anyone know what kind of 351 is in my truck? I just assumed it was a windsor, but the auto parts guy said it is a modified. Also, I have 5.0 GT-40 upper and lower intakes and 5.0 Trick flow heads from an old Mustang. Would they work OK with my 351? Thanks.

It is a Windsor. The heads will work. As for the intake, the upper will work but you will need to get a new lower due to the increased deck height of the 351 vs 302.

The 351M went till 82 in some applications, but you most def 100 percent have a windsor stock.

The heads will work fine. Also ditch that GT40 intake and get the trickflow 351R intake.
