I Have A 2001 F-150 4.6 Aod 100,000 Miles. Lost The Oil Pump Yesterday. I Want To Know What 4.6 Engines Are Interchangeable. I Work On 7.3s So This Is New Territory For Me, And Oh Yea, Its My Wifes Truck. Will Any Of The Mustang Engines Fit? I Will Stay With The 4.6. If they wont interchange, why. thanks
