Miss when started cold
2000 f150, 110k miles, 5.4L.
When the truck has been sitting overnight it stumbles/misses badly for 15 to 20 seconds. Plugs were just replaced 1000 miles ago (Autolite Double Platinum) and no other (no coolant loss, etc) problems. Could the fuel injection be "bleeding down" overnight. No starting problems any other times.
Nightime temps are 65 here in Montana so it doesn't seem to be a "cold" starting problem.
Thanks for any help

Tomorrow morning, try turning the ignition on for two seconds, then off for two seconds, then on for two seconds, then off for two seconds, etc., 4 or 5 times, before trying to start it. After the last time, start it like normal, and see if the problem goes away. If it does, you've got a bleed down problem.
mine has a leaky valve seal and starts doing this when it fouls a plug. (after it warms up it quits)If can can start it and pull the fuel injectors 1 at a time, you can find witch cyclinder it it. Just the quick clips on the injectors. When you hit the right one you won't notice any change in the enginge idle.
