changed oil/filter on 2k 5.4 auto 4x4 stepside today. Pretty easy. Could only find 2 grease fittings on the steering linkages.

Are there more places to grease the chasis? If so, how many and where are they located?

Oh yeah, my dipstick comes back up with oil all over it. I put 5 quarts in and can't tell if I am good. How many quarts does the 5.4 take?

A 2000 5.4 should take 6 quarts. Should all be in the owners manual. Those are the only places to lube.
