1994 F150 Loosing power after warm-up

1994 F150 Loosing power after warm-up
I have a major problem with my pickup,after it warms up. Starting it up
is fine, but when traveling more that 2 miles, the engine light comes on
and I then begin loosing power. When I floor the gas pedal nothing
happens initially but then there is a coughing sound under the hood and
the truck bucks forward in overdrive.The engine light goes off and it
immediatly acts normal for several minutes only to repeat the cycle over again.
I've brought it to several different Ford service departments. They replaced the master flow sensor and EGR. The latest dealer couldn't read the codes from the computer.Any suggestions???
