Squeaky belts!

Hey folks,I just purchased a '96 F-150 I-6 and the guy before me thought belt dressing was a cure all, is there a cleaner to rid the pulleys of this gunk or am I going to clean them one at a time?
Thanks in advance!

Is this a serpentine belt or v belts? If serpentine my '92 did that, it had pulley misalignment, the dealer corrected it.

It's a serpentine belt and the pulleys are all aligned, I will get off my lazy *** and replace the belt and physically clean the pulleys, thought someone might have quick fix. Thanks again dude.
