Misfire help

I have an F150, '98, 4.2 V6. It's been misfiring for a couple of months. I ran through some water a little too fast and it's been doing it since then. Took it too a shop here. They told me I couldn't have gotten water into the plug holes. So they replaced the plugs. Still did it. I just replaced the plug wires. Still doing it. So now what? The coil pack? Anyone know how much one of them things is? I'm getting kinda frustrated with it. Thanks for any help.
