May have found part of the problem I was looking at my plugs today and noticed the ones that were in the truck say agsf22wm the ones I put in after the fact agsf32fm5f is this a none issue or what? now im really getting confused on this deal.

Yeah I know Ive been working like 15 hour days and I had a bit of time yesterday so I started looking over things and happen to notice this. I looked up the numbers they say there for 5.4 Expositon what the sh@* is the difference same motor ? On the other hand Im picking up seam foam and some high test in the morning trying to squeeze in some time on the truck between shifts. Anyways this dodge van Im borrowing is getting on my nerves lol. anyways whats up with the plugs? anybody?

no the plugs for the 5.4 and 4.6 are the same... just as long as u are using the same material plug u aint got nothing to worry about

Well not sure on that one - someone will be - I'm thinking as long as it's a colder plug and OEM , I would try it - I can't remeber where or when , but i did here someware that Ford is endorsing a colder burn..22's GAPPED @.054 r what you should run , these were in it anyway.
The5.4 is a stroked 4.6. I just came off 6 12's and 8 on Sundays. Now 5 10"s for the next two monthes. 15' s , that would stink!

Well I had time to go over things again(lol) I put the new plugs in with new cops cleaned all the connectors to the cop and injectors made sure everything was connected correctly found a few bad connections looks like plastic is not holding up. turned the key Shes sounds great again! I took your advice jbrew put in 30 gallons of high test 93 and a bottle of sea foam running great! Jbre and fastor thanks for the help I really appreciate it! Davis:
