Arrow Engine Swap?

I have a 95 f150 with a 4 in rough country suspension system in it, and it has a 5.8L 351w in right now. the engine has 230,000 miles on it. it still runs good, but i want a lot more power. i was woundering if its better to bore out the block and rebuild it or is it just easier to buy a bigger engine block and build off of that. also if i do end up switching it, do i get more power from a carberator or from the fuel injected system thats on it now? can i switch to carberation if i switch out the engine? I would also like to do this engine swap for a reasonable price. any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

When you talk about more power/reasonable price, it depends on your budget and skill level. You can build your motor into a 408 or even bigger (also 392,373, many variations) and keep fuel injecton or go to a carb. but emissions will play a role and so will your wallet. You may want to look into a built reman and add a supercharger and a computer tune for the most feasible route to gain "a lot more power". hope this helps
