Dyno

okay this is the free dyno day i went to the dyno was way off im not sure how accurate it was. but only mods i had was the Dual Exhaust, Throttle body Spacer, Superchips 93 octane tune and Ebay intake. 169hp 242tq

now ive got
Ported Throttle Body
Ported Plenum
Ported Intake Manifold
Gen III Bosch 21lb injectors
MSD Heli-COil 8.5mm Wires
Accel Supercoil packs
16" Efan w/hayden controller
Gibson 409 Stainless Headers
IMCO Elite Mufflers w/H-pipe 3.5" SS tips
Ebay Short Ram intake
PI MAF sensor
PCV catch can
and i would have made just under 200HP and probably the same tq if i told them to run it higher because i didnt think that the mods i had would have moved the HP peak up to rpm max. but on the first run with cooler intake temps it made 190hp/243tq. now all i need is a tune and it should bump me up a good bit. suprisingly my a/f is right on since ive got cats then it will rear 1-1.5 high on the a/f graph

HI!... Your A/F's look way off. Your running about 13.8-14.2 A/F at WOT. Not safe at all. I would avoid any WOT runs on the street untill you get a tune. You should be around 12.3 - 12.6 at WOT on a N/A engine. Also it looks when you 1ST go to WOT you run massively lean, about 16:1 from 2500 - 3500RPM. I would figure with all your mods that you would of made more power than that. Your just below a stock 5.4's #'s. Hope you get it all worked out with a tune. Then you should see above 200RWH.P.

on the first run if i had em push it to 5500 it would have peaked almost right at 200rwhp. but i didnt know it would make power that high cause of the previous dyno. but hopefully with a tune ill unlock more power and get the a/f corrected

HI!... Axle, tire size is not needed for proper A/F's. Just a good wideband. Make sure they install the wideband before your cats on the driver's side. # 5 cylinder is known to run the leanest on the modular engines. Your # 's are low due to the 2ND gear pulls. Any compitant dyno operator knows, dyno pulls should be made in 3RD on auto's and 4RTH on manuals 95% of the time depending on gear ratios in the trannys. 1:1 is what you want to make a pull in. From looking at your graph, you would of never hit 200RWH.P do to at 5300RPM your #'s have already dropped to 165RWH.P. Your max RWH.P was at about 4750 RPM and then the power was dropping off. Get some more runs in 3RD gear and you should hit above 200RWH.P. But get a tune done. Get some data logging done and your tuner can dial you in perfect on your A/F's, because you are running really lean.

it took me a while to get my A/F correct, but after playing with it, we got it dialed in pretty good.

yah i my goal was just to get a/f ratio checked. but i was also curious on what power it put down. but i guess its cool im puttin down more HP and same torque as i did in 3rd 2 years ago. so 3rd should put down anywhere from 20% to 45% more power no way to tell but ill find out eventually.
