Lightning swap
How hard would it be to take out the 5.4 out of my 02 f150 and put in a lightning motor and blower already assembled as well as computer. Basically just engine swap. How much time in hrs.

What engine do you have in it now? If it's one of the V8s, it should drop right in with minimal fuss.
I think it would be easier to leave your stock PCM in there and buy a tuner that is programmed for the new engine.
