Need more grunt to tow trailer!!!

I think it's the glasspack that's killing your performance...get a real muffler. Go with a Flowmaster 40 series or IMCO Extreme if it's the sound you're after.

That's because it had independent steering. These trailers have a turntable. They will follow you as fast as you want to go.

What I was getting at was... It's not so much the weight of the trailer that makes it difficult to pull. It's the shape and surface area. A small increase in weigh (1500 lbs) doesn't affect acceleration very much. It doesn't affect top speed signifigantly either.

I added the pictures of the peanut wagons to serve as an illustration of what i'm trying to say. The truck pulls 4 of them just about as easily as it does 2, even though weight is more than doubled.
