So, does the Tornado really work?
I thought I was going to have to go nuts and start shooting some people when I opened this thread...
, and I think that the original Terdonator works better than the Terdonator II. I've told you all before, you've gotta line the intake tube with 'em to get the best performance. And I'm sure some noob will come in here in a day or two and be like, Wow Are You Guy Serious? DOES THIS THING REALLY WORK? (poor capitalization included)

haha yes there may be a tornado II.... its twice the weight as the old ones. now instead of holding down papers in your house... it also works for most garages where wind tends to blow the old one off! keep a sharp look in stores.. i know its helped me with wiring diagrams that i dont want off the table.!
p.s if you have one and your neighbor had one... buy it! double the hold down capactiy and also can be glued together as a penicl and pen holder!
great EASTER gift!!! happy easter everyone... ill be working

Money back guarantee...HAH! I know why they offer a money back guarantee, and it has nothing to do with the actual functioning or quality of the product.
a) the buyer *wants* it to work, so therefore will *think* it works even when it doesn't.
b) Even if the buyer knows it doesn't, taking it out is like giving up and no one wants to admit defeat. x2 for this one if there is a woman involved--- "I told you not to buy that thing, but NOOO..." It's much easier to leave it in there and pretend...or take it out and throw it away.
c) After installing it and giving it a suitable amount of time to "work," how many people are still going to have the receipt and/or the instruction sheet that says where to send it back to?
d) In order to send it back you probably have to prepay the shipping-- this is a big deterrent to do it.
e) There's the lazy factor-- care to guess how many how many mail-in rebates are still sticking around my desk, a good year or more after their expiration date? They're betting people are lazy and I for one am proving them right!
f) If a person actually DOES return it, they need to have your address to send the check to...so they sell your address to junk mailers and make their $$ anyway!
Note: the above is just observations. I didn't purchase one, though I will admit I came darned close. Twice. One for my truck, one for the wife's car. Only reason I didn't? She wouldn't let me.
I'm hoping that she'll finally break when she sees the benefits of the Tornado 2.
an extra 35 hp would be SWEET!
