Boken Ex Manifold Studs Help!

MY TRUCK HAS BEEN TICKING AND TODAY I WAS TOLD IT WAS A EXHAUST LEAK SO GOT UNDER THE TRUCK AND FOUND THE TWO BACK STUDS ON THE PASENGER SIDE OF THE MANIFOLD WER BROKE HOW DO I GO ABOUT FIXING THEM? DO THEY COME OUT WITH A LEFT HANDED DRILL BIT OR WHAT?

do a search you'll find numerous posts on this, its a well known fact that Ford must have had a major brain fart when they installed these weak *** studs 99 5.4L 140000 miles 4 new manifolds installed and countless studs, 2003 4.6L 40000 miles ready for a set of headers

Easiest way to get 'em out if there's still some part of the stud sticking out of the head is by welding a nut onto what's left of the stud, generously soaking with your favorite penetrating oil, saying a few Hail Mary's and backing the nut off.

If it's broke flush with the head...God grant you strength.

so it souds like either way i have to remove the manifold the stud is sticking out of the head but flush with the manifold thanks for the help
