Dead!!

Well I have a 97 F-150 w/ the 6 in it. The motor has about 70K on it but the truck has about 140K on the clock. Motor was replaced by Ford at or around 60K. This weekend I filled up at the gas station, drove for about 5 miles, stopped at a light and it died. The battery has juice, the motor turns but it won't start. Checked the fuel pump fuses and they were good.

I am going to tap the fuel line and check pressure this evening. What should the fuel pressure be at? Provided I have pressure what would be the next thing to check? I know all of the plugs didn't go out at once, I will check them but I know that didn't do it. Fuel filter, well if it is clogged then I won't see any pressure or low pressure. Any suggestions would be great.

I'd check for spark first. It's the easiest. Then I'd suspect a bad tank of gas.

Ok now this might sound like an idiot of a question but I will ask it anyways. I am not too familiar with the ignition setup of the F-150. For the last 6 years all I have been fooling with are COP ignitions in my Mustangs. What is the easiest way to check for spark on this thing.
