Well, anything is possible, but that turbo would be such a bad fit that you would just be wasting your money.

What makes you think it would be a bad fit?
Are you talking about the compressor map or the actual fitting of the turbo?
The turbo matches a small block gas quite nicely. And the only fitting problems physically is the oil lines.
