i have a 87 250 straight 6 180,000 on it when i accelerat i hear exaust ticking noise but when iam driving at a steady speed it doesnt make the noise whats causing this there is no holes in the exhuast system its new iam stump marty

 

look for exhaust residew around the exhaust ports at the head

could be exhaust manifold gasket time...
