stuck sparkplug wires

So i went to change my plugs, even have the tool to remove the wires but I can't get them off. I really don't have the money to buy new plug wires right now but I have the plugs and i'd like to change them. Would it hurt if i hit them with some penetrating oil? No idea how i would get it up and around. I'm pretty sure i have the original plugs at 107,000 miles so I'm thinking I should change them( I bought the truck with 76,000). I meant to do it earlier but being at school most of the year I don't have a place to work on them. Help please.

wiggle the boot and twist it and pull.. they can be a pain if there is a vacume on em but dont be suprised if u break em... OEM ones once they go out they start breaking just like all the others

You don't need a special tool to remove them with, just grab the sum bucks and yank em out!
