MAC Throttle Body (#3775)
MAC Throttle Body (#3775)
Just purchased a MAC Performance throttle body (P/N 3775) for my truck and was wondering if anyone has one of these on their truck and what they think of it. I'm also wanting to make sure that the TPS voltage setting should be the .97-.99 as stated in other threads here. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

tis cheaper to port your stock throttle body.. if u dont have the skill ill sell u mine. but u wont see much any gain in getting the larger throttle body.. atleast nothing worth 100+ bucks. with the minimal mods u have
True, with the mods you have now a new TB really isnt going to make much of a difference. Not to mention a MAC one (MAC=cheap crap for future reference)
f
You might want to check into other stuff such as Efans, gears, etc.
The correct TP voltage is .998. Or is it .989. Crap I cant remember, one of the two, close enough to each other

throttle body spacers have been dyno proven to take power from your engine!!
Save your hard earned money!
I had a MAC Throttle Body and it leaked - big-time! Replaced it with a BBK and it worked fantastic. I believe the biggest benefit for using a larger TB is in conjunction with a supercharger - port what you got first.
