If you would have gone with a Ford Motor Company warranty instead of skimping on an aftermarket extended warranty it would have been covered. Also the #4 coil goes out because the heater hose is leaking coolant on it..i'd fix the coolant the leak first. Sounds like you should try anothe Ford dealer

I think he ment to say that the early problems with coils were at 74,000 miles not 7400.

He bought it used with 58,000 miles on it already.

Im sure the fact that its a pile of junk has absolutley nothing to do with how the previous owner treated it

You cant buy chit at almost twice its original warranty period and then be upset when you have to start putting money into it.

Chances are the guy who dumped it on you knew it had issues.

I must be lucky! I have a 2000 with 80000 on it, I bought it with 30000! I have had no problems what so ever. I replaced the rotors and pads. When you can't fit a load of plywood in your Ridgeline, call me I'll deliver it!

What do you mean Ridgeline's aren't trucks?

Just yesterday I saw a lady at Wal-Mart who was hauling home an entire box of tampons in one!

Geesh.... I bought mine used with 31000 on it and now 2 years later with 56000 all I have had to replace was a ball joint in the right front that sqeaked.

Maybe I should get rid of it and buy a Cheby or Dodge....

Perhaps you should have actually used this forum, instead of using it to complain after the stealership ripped you off hmm?

I just wish my wifes Honda accord was half as reliable as a ford truck. She got it brand new and we have put more money in it than my last two used ford trucks together.

Get rid of the so called lemon truck while it has some value left in it. Then go buy you another Ford truck
