Should of been a simple miss, help me!!

It's been a long time posting! I have a 88 f150 with the 300-6. My odo says 413000 kms but only 43000kms on rebuilt. When at running temp I get a moderate pop pop from the tail pipe. It seems like a miss but stand in front of the truck and you can't hear it but the engine is kicking in the mounts a bit so the cab shakes side to side like it's trying to be a hi-perf hotrod. So i did the new plugs, new wires, cap & rotor thing. no change. so i'm thinking bad gas. I burn lots, a tank every 2 1/2 to 3 days(range about 400km/65 l fill). put in a bottle of injector cleaner and a full tank of high grade, took to the highway and put it to the pin. power smooth and as good as a 300 can put out. seems to help a bit but still pops. Oh and to top it off my code reader gives code 11 (all clear) for KOEO, KOER and nothing in the continuous memory. IAC and T body clean as a whistle. Has this happened to anyone else?

Probably valve related.

Perform a dry and wet compression test.

A vacuum test would also provide interesting clues.
