blew the plug out, or sonmething close too that
yester day i was driving up too my girl freands house,( but i think i need too add that my engine light has been on for a wile now and i have been driveing 6 hour round tripes couple times in the last week with the light on) i know not smart....so i was not far from my house, and it started poping really bad so i skided into this littel turn out in the cayon. and i could not see anything wrong, so i called my dad and when i started it he told me that this thing was poping out(turns out that is the thing thats on top of my spark plug) well i did not know that at the time so i jamed a stick in there too hold it down. then i tryed too drive it home and it poped faster with the RPM's. then i finaly got it home....so today i look at it more and the spark plug was not threded in and now the plug is ****ed up and the mount for the coil thing that goes on top of the plug is broken off.....did i compleatly screw my truck by driving it.....how much is this part going too cost and what all should i do....thanks for any help i need all i can get

Find a mechanic who uses the timesert insert kit and have him fix the spark plug hole threads. Buy a new coil and spark plug and put it all back together. Here is a link to the timesert kit. http://www.timesert.com/html/triton_repair.html
