xcal2 & air intakes

xcal says to use af1 or air raid. by using a k&n cause any problems to the xcal while tuning?

No, that just what Troyer recommends. You can use the K&N with no problem.

Hi.

Also, with the caveat that, depending on the model year - (with 2004+ in particular being of most concern ), most aftermarket intakes can exacerbate an already present lean condition, and should be datalogged to ensure safe a/f's and corresponding tuning changes, if any.

A search in the 'Chips' forum will yield more detail on this. I also got this over the phone from Mike.
