Blowby in Filter Box

I have a 1992 F150 with new overhaul 302. It has blowby in filter box on acceleration. Any suggestions?

How recent is the overhaul? Are you certain the rings and seals are all fully seated by now?

Not sure but the old engine I took out had 135000 and it was dumping 3-4 quarts in 3000 miles out of the filter box on fender well and down to frame.
