your input on this car..??
Either my Mozilla browser is getting funky, or your post/pic didn't show.
Maybe try reposting the pic...you have my intrest up now.
I havn't seen it, but I'm glad to see a little competition between the big 3
to roll out a few "old-school" rods.
In any case, even on a Ford site, the Camaro has earned it's do respects to any real motorhead. There is no Bias when it comes to good USA born meat eaters,
and the Chevy Camaro has been one of them.

It looks as if someone "overengineered" that car. CHances are it won't look like the picture when its released either. Looks like what is supposed to be a new age retro, that turned into a new aged engineering mistake. They followed fords footsteps with the retro theme, but IMO failed to make the grade.
I think Ford hit a HOMERUN when they blended the retro styling from the old Ponies in their new bodystyle. I also think it is pretty pathetic of the other two to to jump right on the bandwagon and do the exact same thing with their prototypes..... That being said, I think of the new dodge had come out before the Mustang I would have been a huge fan. I very much like the charger they had in Hotrod. The camaro featured with it on the other hand has some left to be desired. I agree with Navi and think somebody tried to swing too hard and struck out.
The Ford Mustang
though it still could use a bit of massaging to complete the "look" IMO.
The Dodge Challenger
homerun.
The Chevy Camaro
styled after the 68??? Wrong choice.....
70-72 would be a better choice. Bring back the small chrome bumperetts and that distinctive rear spoiler and large front grill. GM missed it on this one.

Yeah, the mighty Casey is at it again. (another part of their bankruptcy coming to a head)
The new Challenger does look nice to. The Charger is pretty cool to, minus all the daytona stickers.

I would like to see it back on the streets. I was quite sad when they ended it in 2002. My motortrend magazine says dont be suprised to see one by the end of the decade.
I hope this would be step towards helping gm get out of their rut. I think they did great with the 2007 Tahoe. The last thing i want is for toyota to be the worlds largest automaker. But it sadly could happen soon.

The camaro is OK, still needs work. Like was said, it probably won't look anything like that when it hits production. The Challenger on the other-hand....AWESOME. The think it needs the black wing on the trunk.
Wow, When I heard of a concept camaro I was thinking of something big to compete with Ford And Dodge's new retro Muslce Designs. But when I saw this, I was very disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I'm as much as a fan of the camaro of the next guy.
But what was Chevy Thinking?
I figure, if you're going to bring back a glory days car into the new century. You're going to have to pick the best, most famous model there is. What I'm seeing here is something that resembles the 1970+ Camaro's, I may be a bit far fetched here; but those weren't exactly my favourite

hmmmm..... Hopefully they do some modifications to the car before they put that on the assembly line
. Either way, I'd definitely go for the new Mustang anyday. And MSRP Is probably quite higher for the Camaro, than it is for the Pony's.
