misfire problem

i have a 97 f150 4.6L. yesterday i drove to work fine no problems. when i came out of work 12 hours later my truck ran like crap with a bad miss and the CEL blinking on the way home. i recently replaced wires and plugs so i dont think that is the problem although i havent checked for a loose plug yet. i can hear what sounds like a backfire/popping noise coming from the air filter at idle. the truck has no power at partial throttle opening and limited power with wider throttle opening... almost WOT. i have checked the pressure at the rail recently and it was within the factory specs although that has been a couple months. any ideas would help...
here are my DTC's...
p0141
p1153
p0401
p0303
p1000
also i have an Air force one intake, superchip, magnaflow exhaust, electric fans and underdrive pullys installed

P0141 is 1-2 HEGO circuit malfunction, check the wiring at the downstream O2 sensor on bank 1, make sure it's not chafed, no pins backed out or anything like that. P1153 doesn't appear to be a valid code. P0401 is insufficent EGR flow, probably ports clogged and/or a faulty DPFE, and P0303 is #3 misfire. Pull the #3 wire and look for any coolant or other kind of moisture down in the plug well or on the wire.
