Skippin When Warm

Good morning. 2000 F150 5.4 with 127k. Engine underwent a complete tune up about 3 week ago and also new right bank head gasket. Major $.
Today after running about 10 minutes and getting to speed on the highway I experienced a buck/skip of sorts then it cleared for a few monents then started skipping continually at all speeds and expecially when under light load. I'll be bringing it back but what are some of the possible causes. I can recall the buck/skip once in the last two weeks but chalked it up to maybe slipping off the pedal getting on the ramp. Could this be a sensor of sorts that's faulty as it transitions from cold to hot?

Looking for clues.

Thanks,

I just went out during lunch and it was doing it right from the start. This time the check engine light came on about a minute into the test ride.

First, take it to Advance Auto or Auto Zone, and have them read the codes. Then post the codes up here. Intuition, and expirience, tell you you most likely have a misfire. But post the codes, and we'll go from there....
