Hey Guys, I need a little help. I want to get more power out of my truck. It's a 2003 Supercrew 4X4 witht the 5.4. I was just wondering if I should just go with a supercharger or if it's possible to do a cam swap and all that good stuff. Any ideas on pros and cons of either? Costs? Thanks for all the help.
