Engine boogs when making a left turn
Engine boogs when making a left turn
Checking to see if anyone else has experinced this and what the cause it. I have a 2000 expedition 4.6 76k. It runs pretty good I know I need a tuneup cause it misses everynow and then but a problem that started recently is when ever I make a u-turn or a sharp left hand turn the engine boogs real hard like it wants to cutoff?
Had a boat do that once. Part of the steering assembly pinched a wire on left turns. Solved it when I worked into the night. The short jumped out after dark. Check for anything rubbing when you turn.
How much gas do you have in it when this happens? If its a relatively low level, you could be sloshing everything off to the side and the pickup sock could be alittle clogged, starving it. Just had this problem in a cadillac. As long as it was full of gas, no issues.
yeah I thought the gas was a problem but it also dose it on a full tank. It is a ramdom thing. Yes im sure it the engine. the rpms just jump down like its going to cut off them it comes back up and acts normal
