Code P0153 - How to change sensor

I have a 99 F150 XL that is giving me a code PO153, which from other posts I've read is a bad o2 sensor on the drivers side. I've also read that they are pretty easy to change. Can someone lead me to a picture, or even just tell me where under the hood the sensor is located, and the simple steps to change it out??

thanks
Randy

It's not really under the hood. There are 4 02 sensors. They're screwed into the exhaust pipes. 1 before and 1 after the cats on each side. You can access the upstream one through the wheel well and the downstream from underneath the truck. You'll need a special O2 sensor socket and you're better off letting the engine warm up some before trying to remove them, or you'll have a hell of a time getting them off.
