I have a K&N cold air intake, and it is awesome. I'm not sure about the mpg gains becasue I hadnt even put a 100 miles on my truck before I installed it. I have heard the Air Force One is a good intake also. Just get hooked up with Mike at Troyer Performance, and he can help you out with whatever you need. Good luck

i put a volant cold air intake. its proven most effective because its a fully enclosed filter that uses your factory fender hole. gained like 1.5 mpg ( i cleaned the iac and maf sensor too tho) not problems with it ever and looks great.

I have the K&N. Makes a better sounding and running engine, but I didn't see any increase in mileage. I didn't lose any either.
