Your o2 sensors are on the exhaust system, you should have two before the catalytic converters and two after, I just changed mine. Not for sure exactly where the pcv is I haven't done that yet.

Assuming things haven't changed much since the 97 came out. Your PCV is towards the rear of the Right Valve cover.
There should be an insulated hose running to it.

As far as the O2 sensors. You will have 4 total, as said before, 2 are before the cats and 2 are after.

The 2 before can be seen, kind of, from the wheel wells on the right and left side. The 2 after are easy, just crawl under your truck and you'll see them right after the cats.

The PCV valve goes into the pass. side valve cover...it has two black rubber hoses coming out of it.

As said, the O2 sensors are also easy to find. They are the only things that will have wires coming out of your exhaust system. They are easiest to see if you crawl under the truck and just follow the pipes.

On my 2001 the PCV was at the rear of the passenger side valve cover. It had 1 hose connected and one that wraped around but no connected. A little booger to change but I noticed a much smoother idle.

You can't really check your 02 sensors. The front ones are the ones that count. The rear sensors simply keep an eye on Catalytic converter condition. The front sensors, while warranteed for, what, 80,000? will gradually get "lazy" and while not triggering a CEL, will affect fuel economy and emissions. The experts say replace at 50K on a N/A engine.
