CEL : Excessive flow thru EGR valve

CEL : Excessive flow thru EGR valve

any ideas? maybe computer is playing mind games or maybe the valve is really stuck open.

Should i replace it? Should I attempt to clean it? or Should it forget about it?

You most likely have a bad DPFE sensor. It is a common problem among alot of Ford vehicles. Get one from the dealer they are about 95.00.

Try NAPA, I just got one there for $50, the all metal kind. Supposed to be better than the plastic Ford one.
