my 03 5.4 seems to be making a few noises... at start up all most like a tic tic tic then seems to go away,,, is this the lifter noise? Would switching my oil help this out?

Then around 3000 rpm it seems to make a belt slipping noise... kinda like ,,, detonation but could this really be going on with my 2003 new truck,, all stock? "chi chi chi chi chi" noise lol if that helps. haha
Anything over 3000rpm its gone.. no noise...

My truck only has 109000km on it...
