Question Name that (fuel) hose..

My 2002 F150 4.6L V8 has a fuel hose that I believe needs replacement. It's located above the actual engine, with one end going someplace under the plastic 'TRITON 4.6' cover and the other hooking up to a plastic green part next to the firewall on the driver's side. The hose itself says "GASFUEL" and something else. What's this hose actually called if I wanna go to the store and buy a replacement? Do you know its size (diameter)?

Just because someone reads something doesn't mean that they know.

Anyways, I think that's the hose that vents from the VMV to the intake manifold. I'll be sure to put your needs before everyone elses when I go to work tomorrow and find out for sure, just as everyone who's read this thread should have. Sorry for the inconvenience. Honest.

Some people...

It is only vapor recovery. There is no liquid fuel in that line. Regular old vacuum hose of the correct diameter will work like a charm......
