Question Best Plugs?

i have a 99 f150 4.6 4x4 extended cab short bed. it has 82 thousand miles and i just bought a new set of ford motorsport 9mm plug wires and i am wondering which plugs would go best for my application. which ones perform the best and about how much do they cost.
thanks

Motorcraft stuff tends to be pretty good. Autolite and NGK is good too. If you want top of the line then get some Denso Iridiums.

If you aren't running anything performace wise, then you'd be wasting money adding expensive plugs. I run the Iridiums, and they are like $100 and up a set of 8. Platinum is the factory plug, but platinum is a rather poor conductor and I would slide in some copper plugs. But, again, without a lot of mods anything other than stock is a waste of money

I just installed NGK Iridiums yesterday with some new 9mm wires and Accel coil packs. I haven't fired it up yet. I still have to put on a new belt, hoses and thermostat. 140,000 miles and this will be the second set of wires and plugs I put in. I had a misfire on cylinder 3. All 8 old plugs looked real good. I'm a big believer in synthetic oil. I use Amsoil or Mobil 1. Baldwin oil filters.
