97 F150 I have a misfire on cylinder 1 I have changed spark plugs, run a compression test, switched plug wires, and tested the ignition box. I can't seem to figure out what is wring. injector? any help woul be greatly appreciated.

 

I'd try checking the coils. That's what my problem was after similar frustration....

 

already switched coil packs, but that did not move the problem.
