How big? - Throttle body

Hi,
I am planning on replacing the throttle body on my truck. Currently I have headers, a borla cat-back exhaust, the convertors will be being removed this week, and an airforce one intake. I plan on purchasing an XCAL 2 underdrive pulleys, and *possibly* and E-fan setup. What size throttle body should I go with?
Thanks!

I recently installed a 75mm BBK, and had to cut it off of the OEM iac with a grinder, as I could not get the old screws loose............. I was patient and careful, and the iac looked fine but now I have that " moosing " sound, which searching tells me is a bad iac ................ I think there is a pretty good chance
a new iac is part of the TB upgrade.

I was surprised at the poor match from tb to manifold, and how rough the manifold casting was inside......... the instructions furnished with the TB say to match ( grind ) the mani to the tb........... an operation I hadn't planned on.........
