How do I tell which alternator I have? (did a search and couldn't find a clear answer)

'02 SCrew 4x4 4.6
7 prong wire harness at the hitch (I think this means it has a tow package)


Looking to install pulleys and may do an E-Fan DTR. just want to make sure it can keep up.....

110 amp. most likley.
Look on the Motorcraft site or Rock Auto.
They list the sizes and Ford numbers.
