Starting probs

I have a 87 F-150 4.9 6 cyl 2wd manual 4 speed
When it warms up and I stop somewhere it is very hard slow cranking
Cold it cranks like a champ
Had the starter rebuilt
I have cleaned all conections
Alt checked good
Batt checked good
When I am having this prob the starter is drawing 386 amps, way high.

Any ideas out there?
Thanks
Tired of having to park on hills
