hey guys, the rough idle and running rough at low rpm, i found out what was wrong. has anyone run into this before? the #3 coil was changed, same problem! the injectors were pulled, #3 was totally clogged up with this white, powdery stuff, like powdered sugar kind of? #2 was kinda clogged too. #3 was changed out with a new one #2 cleaned a little. truck runs okay now. every once in a while it sputters. what could that white residue be??! i changed the fuel filter on saturday, i poured out the gas from old filter and it was a little white. i ordered fuel pump and the level sensor, since my sensor is bad. i'll drop tank and change when it's in, and i guess see what's in the tank, maybe solve the mystery of the white stuff. i had no problems with this truck till now. any ideas as to what the white stuff is??

 

Is it possible someone sugared your gas tank as a prank?

i thought of that too, and a friend of mine said the same thing. but i go to work, go home, i don't go out much, hard to make enemies when you're not going out hahaha but if it is sugar in the tank, i'll find out who did it, small island, it'll get back to me. then they'll see the real power my 5.4 can put out when i burn out ontop of their head lol
