You can try this. It has worked on several of the F-150's in this forum and others. Give them a call to verify the correct kit you'll need. A few hundred dollars sure beats your current situation. It can be repaired w/out taking the head off as well. Do a search on Big Sert / Time Sert and you should come up with a few threads on the subject.
