Distributor
I have a 1979 Ford 300 inline six that has an electronic ignition type distributor and I would like to replace it with a points type distributor. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thanks,

Hi;
Thanks for your reply to my question Tailgater.
The reason I want to change distributors is because I'm putting this engine in a 1964 Ford F-100. i think the wiring would be pretty difficult.

SL
get the points type distributor then install a unilite conversion kit..presto! electronic ignition without the wiring hassels..petronics makes a good conversion kit too(put one in the wifes 200-6 falcon)...zap!
