Torque to Yield?

Have any of you guys ever fooled with the crank in a 5.4l engine? I have been going through the process of replacing connecting rod and main journal bearings in mine and come to find out the bearing caps are held in by "torque to yield" bolts meaning they are non-reusable. Anyway I called the crooks at my local dealer and they are pricing me in the neighborhood of $75 just for the bolts ( I'm having my crank polished for $30 and I found the bearings for $45). So that being the case is their an aftermarket supplier that could supply the torque to yield bolts? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

ARP probably makes every bolt and stud you'd need in that engine, and they're reusable.
